RebelRelic Vintage Fender Re-issues
Met Martin Boeijink and his white-booted wife while playing at la Taverne, rue Ramey in the 18th, last Friday nite. We hung out drank beers talked of music and of his craft : selling 100% handmade re-issues of Fender vintage classics in Amsterdam ( Rebelrelic products are sold all over Europe). We finally jammed and he ended backing me up through all of my set ! At any rate visit the website if you love Vintage Fender guitars at less than half the market price.

Later that nite at La Taverne I ran into British- French drummer-carpenter Tom Watson that came in with a home-made 'Cajon' , the Spanish Flamenco percussion. We Jammed again with Martin, Tom and some of Tom's friends (and girlfriend) from Venezuela right into South American vibes. Tom's Cajon's sounds great, so if you're looking for a handmade Cajon let me know : his series are super limited.
Next gig tomorrow with Peter Cattet @ Café Montmartre :)
